Fees apply to payments received prior and until the indicated deadlines.

Regular Registration

Registration Fee includes:

  • Admission to all scientific sessions
  • Congress material ‚Äč(excluding speaker presentations)
  • Coffee & lunch breaks

Payment Methods
Payment of registration fees (in USD) can be made as follows: 

By Credit Card:
Visa, MasterCard or American Express  

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.

By Bank Transfer:
Information will be provided by the Registration Department

Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing and sent by fax or email to the Registration Department.
> Up to 90 days prior to arrival - Full refund less $50 handling fee 
> Up to 60 days prior to arrival - 70% refund
> Less than 60 days prior to arrival - No refund
